Video Teller Machines/ATMs Updates and FAQs

New to CASE: Video Teller Machines/ATMs

Video Teller Machines (VTM) provide the functionality of an ATM with the comfort of teller-to-member communication when you need it. VTMs have both an ATM mode and a live Video Teller mode - you can use it as either!

Our Video Teller Machines means increased convenience for you. Nearly every transaction that can be completed inside our branch can be conducted at the VTM. This includes deposits, withdrawals, balance inquiries, account transfers, check cashing, loan payments, and more.

Our remodeled drive-thru will also mean increased privacy for our members. Your conversation with the member service representative through the Video Teller Machine is just as private as if you were standing inside the credit union.

FAQs

While construction continues, we wanted to answer some common questions you may have about our new VTMs.

What is a Video Teller Machine?

A Video Teller Machine looks similar to an ATM and has all the same functions, but with the added ability to speak with a CASE Credit Union member service representative, during normal business hours.

How will I use a Video Teller Machine?

When you drive up to the Video Teller Machine, you will simply utilize the touch screen to begin your transaction or connect directly to one of our member service representatives. From there, you can complete your transaction either on your own or with assistance.

What transactions can I do at the Video Teller Machine?

Almost any transaction that can be completed inside a CASE Credit Union branch can be completed at a Video Teller Machine. This includes:

  • Checking/savings deposits
  • Checking/savings withdrawals
  • Balance inquiries
  • Account transfers
  • Check cashing
  • Loan payments
  • Check orders
  • …and more!

Why should I use a Video Teller Machine?

A Video Teller Machine allows us to serve you with more convenience and efficiency in our drive-thru. Video Teller machines provide an alternative to going inside the branch with safe and secure transactions.

Is there a fee to use a Video Teller Machine?

No, using a Video Teller Machine is the same as going through the drive-thru. There are no additional fees.

Will using the Video Teller Machine be private?

Due to the additional space and video communication features, the Video Teller Machine will be even more private than our previous drive-thru interactions. Your conversation will be as private as if you were speaking to a member service representative inside the branch.

Can I still use ATM features without a member service representative assisting me on the Video Teller Machine?

If you prefer to complete your transaction on your own, you can do so by following the steps you would take with a typical ATM machine. If you need assistance at any point during your transaction, you will have the option of speaking with a member service representative.

While the Meridian drive-thru and ATM are closed, we encourage you to take advantage of our convenient alternative ways to access your account:
