CASE Credit Union has partnered with the Federal Home Land Bank of Indianapolis(FHLBI) to provide the Neighborhood Impact Program (NIP).

NIP Helps homeowners catch up on costly maintenance and repairs.

	Nip funds can also be used to help modify a home to make it more accessible for those living with disabilities or experiencing difficulties due to age.
	• NIP is a grant that helps homeowners catch up on costly maintenance and repairs they’ve been putting off due to the expense. • NIP funds can also be used to help modify a home to make it more accessible to people living with disabilities or aging in place. • Grants range from $1000 to $15,000, depending on the scope of repairs and modifications needed. • Grant applicants must meet income requirements, be current on their mortgage and taxes, and need repairs or modifications. • Funds are limited, available on a first-ved basis, and are not guaranteed to everyone who applies.
