Our Board of Directors is made up of members who volunteer their time and talent to serve CASE Credit Union, its members, and employees. The Board meets regularly, keeping current with operational, legislative, regulatory, and industry affairs that may affect CASE Credit Union. The Audit Committee is established by and reports to the Board of Directors of the Credit Union. The primary function of the committee is to assist the Credit Union’s Board of Directors in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities for the financial reporting process, the system of internal control, the audit process, and the Credit Union’s process for monitoring compliance with laws, regulations, and Credit Union policies. If interested in learning more about volunteering at the credit union, send us a message.
