System Update 2026

We’re upgrading our system to serve you even better

Exciting things are coming to CASE Credit Union. To better serve our members, we’re upgrading our core banking system, the technology that powers your accounts, transactions, digital banking, and everyday service. This upgrade is designed to improve performance, strengthen security, and give us a more flexible foundation for future tools and enhancements.

When is the upgrade happening?

The system upgrade is scheduled to begin at the close of business on Friday, October 30, 2026, and is expected to be completed by Monday, November 2. Branches are expected to reopen on Tuesday, November 3rd, but may open earlier if possible.

We encourage you to plan ahead, complete time-sensitive banking before the upgrade begins, and continuously visit this webpage for the most current information.

Please note: Deposits, withdrawals, transfers, payments, and other transactions that cannot be processed during the upgrade will be completed once systems are back online.

What to expect during our system upgrade weekend:

Your debit and credit cards will continue to work during the upgrade weekend, but transaction limits may be reduced. We recommend you have an alternative payment method, such as cash.
