Will I get a new debit card?
Yes. A new debit card will be issued to you by August 30, 2025.
Will I need to update any recurring debit card payments?
Yes. Recurring debit card payments will need to be updated upon receiving your new debit card. You can find your recurring card payments in the mobile app or online banking, and navigating to the Card Hub feature.

Will I need to update any (ACH) automatic clearing house deposits and withdrawals through my checking?
Your ACH deposits and withdrawals will be processed as scheduled without any updates needed.
Will I need to order new checks or update my direct deposit?
Nope! Your existing checks and direct deposits will continue to work as usual. When you receive a new debit card, the letter will guide you through the steps of activating your new debit card.
Will my account number or routing number change?
No. Your account number and routing number will stay the same.
In order the receive the 5% APY on balances up to $10,000, the following requirements must be met each month:
- Be enrolled in eStatements
- Receive ACH or direct deposit of $1,000 combined or more
- Make a minimum of 20 posted CASE Visa debit or credit card purchases
What is a qualifying transaction?
Point of Sale transactions are included (at the merchant or online). Does not include ATM transactions.
What are uChoose Rewards®?
Earn rewards points for swiping your debit card. You can redeem points for cashback, gift cards, merchandise, travel, etc. Learn more by visiting our Rewards webpage.
How do I register for uChoose Rewards®?
Start earning cashback when you register your Elite Checking account debit card with uChoose Rewards! Here's how to register:
- Go to the uChoose Rewards site
- Click register (If you already have a uChoose Rewards account, click log in)
- Go to your account icon in the upper-right corner
- Add your card number, full name as it appears on the card, and zip code
- While logged in, you can also opt into other offers from popular retailers by selecting Earn Points and reviewing
Do you have another uChoose Rewards account? When you link multiple accounts, you can combine your points and redeem bigger rewards.
How many points can I earn on everyday purchases?
"Cashback" are the rewards you earn under the uChoose Rewards Program. Cashback rewards on the Elite Checking Account are tracked as points, and each $1 in cashback rewards earned is equal to 1 point for the cashback “special” categories. For the “all other purchases” category, which are tracked as points and each $1 in cashback rewards earned is equal to 0.33 points.
In order to redeem cashback rewards, a minimum of 1,500 points is required for all three account types.

Will I still earn uChoose Rewards if I did not meet the monthly requirements?
Yes! You keep earning cashback with uChoose Rewards no matter what. However, the 5% APY on balances under $10,000 pauses for this month only.
Good news: You can requalify for the 5% APY in the very next monthly cycle by meeting the requirements then.
